Kibe began his real estate career in 1992. Since then, he and his team have sold several thousand properties. Everything from single family residential, multi-family, commercial and lots of land. Kibe was voted Realtor of the year in 2001. Kibe served on the VBR for 6 years and was elected president in 2005. He holds the following designations, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS – Only 3% of realtors hold this designation), GRI, graduate of the real estate institute and CDPE, Certified Distressed Property expert, Along with Real Estate his passion is helping children. He has volunteered his time and resources to The Children’s Place, A Child advocacy center where he serves on the board of directors for the last 15yrs.
